At SETUPGURU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be simple and fair.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped from our warehouse. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

• Go to the 'My Orders' section of your account.
• Select the order you wish to cancel and click the 'Cancel Order' button.
• If the 'Cancel Order' button is not visible, it means your order has already been shipped, and it cannot be canceled.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for a Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and with all original tags.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Please note that the shipping charge of ₹19 is non-refundable.
